Series B Model B folding gluing machine is pre-fold machine, adopts synchronous belt transmission and electronic continuously variable speeder, domestic standard electronic components,feeding section adopt mechanic continuously variable, stable and easy to control and operate. It is widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics, stationery and other ordinary cartons, process and glue for all kinds of pre-fold boxes. Pre-folding can be applied to auto packaging, the fold 2 and fold 4 of the processed box can reach 135°and 180°, perfectly combing the requirements of auto packaging together. (we can design according to the customer's intention.)

1. Paper feeding: 
 A. Automatic, correct and continuous paper feeding, feeding interval can be adjusted; 
 B. Separate adjustment device for feeding belt, very convenient to change; 
 C. Independent vibration motor device, greatly improve the feeding quality;
 D. Feeding blade, right and left baffle can be adjusted up and down whole, shorten the                 adjusting time. 

2. Folding Back:
 A. long distance folding back section to ensure the carton first-line 180 degrees, third                   line  135 degrees; open conveniently to fill in the carton.
 B. Easy replacement of each parts, easy installation of the accessories for other types                of  box.

3. Bottom folding:
 A.  All accessories of the bottom folding is installed on a lifting bracket, substantially                      reduce  the shift time of bottom folding swaps and other types of box. 
 B.  Bottom folding speed:60~400/minute, stable and reliable.

4. Gluing Section:
 A. Top and bottom gluing tubes are both on the left and right. 
 B. Top and bottom gluing tubes can be adjusted respectively and precisely up and down            to  ensure the quality of gluing. 

5.Folding: 
 A.The extended design can fully guarantee precise adjustment of the right and left fold and        belt  to coordinate with the guide wheel in various angles , to meet the requirements of            different  material and carton size .

6.Trombone: 
 A. pressing adjustment is convenient, reliable, to ensure the quality of adhesive bonding;
 B. Equipped with photoelectric counting device, convenient for user to count.

7.Transmission: 
 A.Special mechanism design, to ensure the even and tight pressing, convenient                           speed  adjustment of the belt pressure
